Bio

Tommy Sheehan is a former collegiate and professional pitcher coming out of Brielle, NJ. After graduating from Manasquan High School in 2017, he competed at the NCAA Division I level with the University of Notre Dame and Auburn University.

During the summers of 2018 and 2019, Sheehan pitched for the Falmouth Commodores in the Cape Cod Collegiate Baseball League. As a sophomore at Notre Dame in 2019, he led the team in innings pitched and complete games. In 2020, he earned ACC Pitcher of the Week honors as a junior.

After transferring to Auburn, returning from elbow surgery, Sheehan was an integral part of the Tigers’ 2022 College World Series run. After a second Tommy John surgery he later signed with the Chicago White Sox organization in 2025.

He now applies his Division I and professional background to help pitchers improve velocity, command, arm health, and game-ready execution.
